Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Mineral Tech Pro website operated from Bangalore, India (https://mineraltechpro.com). The trading name used on this site is Mineral Tech Pro ("MTP", "we"). Content is provided for engineering information and marketing purposes.

Legal entity

Commercial contracts, invoices and formal quotations are issued by Mineral Tech Pro at the Bangalore address published on this site, unless a written quotation or purchase order names a different contracting party. If your procurement team requires a registered company name or GST details, request them with your RFQ.

Website content

Drive sizing calculators, catalogue data and technical descriptions are indicative. They do not constitute a binding specification, warranty or offer until confirmed in a formal written quotation accepted by both parties.

Quotations

Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quote document (or 30 days if none is stated). Prices, lead times and scope exclude items not expressly listed. Process guarantees, if any, apply only when written into the quotation and related technical annexes and when the purchaser supplies accurate duty data.

Intellectual property

Trademarks, product names (including Series A–Eb), drawings, documents and imagery remain the property of Mineral Tech Pro unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute site materials for commercial use without prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

MTP is not liable for decisions made solely on website content without written engineering confirmation. Plant design, civil works and integration remain the responsibility of the purchaser and their EPC or consultants, except where MTP has expressly contracted for that scope.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with venue in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a signed commercial contract specifies otherwise.
