As a thickener supplier for mineral circuits, Mineral Tech Pro designs high-rate thickeners and clarifiers for mineral slurries. Tanks and wetted parts are available in carbon steel, stainless steel or special steel. Up to 35m diameter units use a central bridge-mounted drive; for 35–40m, bridge or centre-column options depend on site economics.
Mechanical or hydraulic drives are available up to 20m diameter; hydraulic drives are used above 20m. Rake lifting is available on all thickener designs. Series A–Eb drive heads cover direct-drive, centre-column and paste-thickener duties.
MTP drive heads of all sizes are available as replacement units for slurry thickener retrofits, built to the same standards as original equipment.
