Reagent Preparation & Dosing

Turnkey modular flocculant preparation and dosing systems that mix bagged dry powder with process water to the desired strength. Fully automated or manual. Capacities from 10 to 11,000 kg/day of dry powder. Includes hopper with bag breaker, eductor-blower conveyance, wetting head, mixing and holding tanks, gentle agitators, VFD dosing pumps, and local PLC control. Skid-mounted for easy plant installation.
