Conventional thickeners suit applications where settling rates and residence time favour traditional tank geometry. As a thickener and clarifier supplier, MTP engineers the mechanical drive, rake system and feedwell arrangement to match your process data.
Drive mounting is selected with the client: central bridge-mounted drives for tanks up to 35m, and either bridge or centre-column mounts for 35–40m diameters depending on civil and economic constraints.
Provide solids throughput, feed % solids, target underflow and preferred tank diameter range.
