A typical flocculant preparation plant and polymer dosing system includes a storage hopper with bag breaker or bag discharge, eductor-blower powder conveyance, wetting head, mixing and holding tanks, gentle agitators that protect expanded polymer, VFD dosing pumps and a local PLC control panel.
MTP automatic flocculant dosing plants are compact and can be configured with auto mixing and auto diluting. Wide capacity coverage supports both pilot and large plant reagent halls.
